All materials contained within this Service including but not limited to brand aesthetics, artwork, product photography, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, software, and the Urdu “Seen” (س) brand marks (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of Seyne or its licensors.

  • Copyright Protection: All Content is protected by national and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or "scrape" any Content for commercial use without express written consent from Seyne. Unauthorized use may result in immediate legal action and criminal liability.

3. User Conduct & Security Compliance

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Digital Interference: Engaging in hacking, flooding, spamming, or transmitting viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seyne, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation:

  • Damages resulting from the inability to use our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification (Your Legal Responsibility)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seyne and our affiliates from any claim or demand including reasonable attorneys' fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement on the rights of a third party.
