Shipping Policy

Domestic (Pakistan):

We endeavor to deliver all orders within a maximum of 7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): It is mandatory to pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Personalization Policy: To maintain operational security, we do not offer product personalization (embossing/engraving) on COD orders. Personalization is only available for pre-paid orders.
Open Parcel Policy: As per standard courier security protocols in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider.

Refund And Exchange

Seyne operates under a Strict No-Refund Policy.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are only considered for orders processed via Credit, Debit Card or Online Bank Transfer (COD orders are generally not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is proven).

Conditions: To qualify for an exchange:

1. Proof of purchase (Order # or Invoice) must be provided.
2. Our Support Team must be notified at Support@seyne.co within 3 days of delivery.
3. Items must be unused, with all tags intact, and in original Seyne packaging.
4. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Value Adjustment: If the new item is of lesser value, the difference is not refunded. If it is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, oils, and alcohol-based cleaners.
Do not overload your bag to maintain its shape.
Store in a cool, dry place using a dust bag when not in use.
In case of spills, wipe immediately with a soft cloth and allow to air dry naturally.
Genuine leather may develop slight variations and marks over time a natural characteristic that adds to its uniqueness.
Clean with a soft damp cloth only.
Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and humidity.
